    Victor is a certified professional in human resource management with over 20 years of experience assisting organizations to hire and retain amazing employees. Victor provides and supervises the staff and organizational resources necessary to support successful contract performance and to achieve clients’ desired outcomes. With a strong recruiting DNA and experience building and managing global talent acquisition teams, he has experience working with corporations, and state and federal agencies to attract qualified candidates to the private and government sectors.

    Victor is an Adjunct Professor in Human Resources Management at Yeshiva University and President of the Westchester Human Resources Management Association (WHRMA).

    Prior to CareerNation, Victor worked for a variety of companies including Consolidated Edison of New York, The Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, New York Medical College and as Senior Director of Talent Management at Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City.

    Victor received his Law Degree from the People’s Friendship University, Moscow Russia and a Master of Science Degree in Management from Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy, The New School University in New York City. Victor is passionate about community service. He is the President of the Mount Kisco Lions Clubs and has served on the Board of the United Nations Association in Westchester County, New York, a Global Friendship, a nonprofit in Brooklyn, NY, and the Corporate Council on Africa’s Nigeria Task Force. Victor is also a member of the Advisory Council at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Westchester, NY and serves as an Alumni Ambassador at The New School University in New York City.

    Dorothy is Director of Business Operations at Careernation. She is responsible for overseeing operations from a managerial and administrative perspective ensuring all teams are following policies and procedures

    She brings her obsession with detail and organization to her role and is passionate about CareerNation’s mission of matching excellent candidates with stable employment that fits their needs and qualifications!

    Dorothy holds a Bachelor’s in Philosophy from Barnard College of Columbia University and is looking forward to continuing with higher education alongside her full-time role as Director of Operations at CareerNation.

    Jason has 20+ years of global, business-based HR experience. As the HR subject matter expert for CareerNation, his expertise is in both operational and strategic HR practices. Overseeing all aspects of human resources management, he establishes and develops Human Resource teams and infrastructure for clients to effectively support rapid business growth. He also has extensive mergers and acquisitions integration experience.

    Jason obtained Bachelor of Arts, Communication and Rhetoric from the University at Albany, State University of New York (SUNY) and Master of Science degree in Human Resources Management From the New School University, Milano Graduate School of Management and Urban Policy, New York City.

With a focus on growing the company’s client bases, Rustam brings to the position a successful track record of more than 10 years that includes high-profile leadership positions and recognized sales achievements in the high-tech and healthcare industries. A frequent speaker and trainer, Rustom specializes in forming strategic alliances and programs that add value to the customer relationship.

    Rustam earned a Law Degree from the People’s Friendship University, Moscow, Russia.

    Diversity and Inclusion Practice Lead.

    Dorothy Kalksma is the Diversity and Inclusion Lead at CareerNation. Dorothy has been developing and program managing diversity, inclusion and engagement initiatives in the corporate world for over 15 years. Being in the technology sector for much of her career, she brings first-hand knowledge of how important these programs are in that industry. She works closely with the Internal Stakeholders, HR teams, Marketing Teams, Business Leaders and 3rd Party Partners to develop and put a stake in the ground for their diversity and employee brand.

    Dorothy also brings her extensive corporate marketing background to nicely round out the initiatives. She brings her experience with internal and external marketing communications to everything she produces giving her programs a complete, professional and polished look and feel to meet the standards expected in top organizations. A graduate of Montclair State University, She is passionate about cultivating a positive corporate culture and creating environments where all employees are comfortable bringing their full selves to work and feel that they belong and their work has purpose.

    Seraphine Ruligirwa-Kamara leads CareerNation Academy where she leads the Visiting Women Executive Exchange Program (VWEEP), a unique leadership development program designed especially for women leaders based in Africa or whose work deals with Africa. The program addresses the most challenging professional step for women – the leap to top management.

    Seraphine is an author, columnist, executive coach, image expert and seasoned entrepreneur.

    As the founder and lead coach of The Institute of Ultimate Potential, her clients include high-level executives at The World Bank Group, Barclays Bank, Ecobank Kenya & South Sudan, Maersk, CFC Stanbic Bank, National Bank, Federation Of African Women Educationists, Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital, Insurance Regulatory Authority and other high net-work corporate and private professionals. Seraphine is a Proctor Gallagher Institute certified expert on leadership development, a professional image consultant educated by The Studio For Image Professionals.

    She is an established entrepreneur in advertising – an industry that she lends her wealth of experience in advertising, brand and corporate communication. Seraphine is the founder and CEO of EG BrandHouse, a respected advertising enterprise providing innovative, functional and distinct brand collateral since the year 2002. The company’s client portfolio is a reference for leading brands such as IBM, General Electric, Microsoft, EATON, British American Tobacco, GlaxoSmithKline, Hewlett Packard, Intel, Hoffmann La Roche, Monsanto and AIG among many others. Prior to this, Seraphine spent over 10 years working in various capacities in multi-cultural organizations in the airline, mobile telephony and advertising industries.
