March 11, 2016 (NEW YORK) – CareerNation, a leading provider of human resources for Africa and the United States, formed a partnership with the Yale School of Management to offer the firm’s Visiting Women’s Executive Exchange Program (VWEEP). The program will run September 12 through 15, 2016, at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Designed exclusively for senior women executives in Africa and their US peers whose work focuses in Africa, it is the first of its kind offered at Yale and the first partnership between Yale and CareerNation.
CareerNation is excited to harness Seraphine’s wealth of experience in advertising and brand communication. As a member of the Board of Advisors, she will help spread the VWEEP’s marketing presence and generate attendance to the program’s debut at the Yale campus in Connecticut this fall.
“We are extremely grateful and optimistic to have attained Seraphine in this endeavor, and we know that she will provide valuable input as we move forward through the marketing stages of the program,” says the VWEEP Program Manager, Zachary Avina, “Only through the efforts of such a Board of Advisors can our goals be met.”
As the founder and lead coach of The Institute of Ultimate Potential, Seraphine’s clients include high-level executives at The World Bank Group, Barclays Bank, Ecobank Kenya & South Sudan, Maersk, CFC Stanbic Bank, National Bank, Federation of African Women Educationists, Gertrude’s Children’s Hospital, Insurance Regulatory Authority and other high net-work corporate and private professionals. Adding Board member to her impressive credentials, Seraphine is expected to maintain her seat in the coming terms of the program’s run.
CareerNation plans to extend the Visiting Women’s Executive Exchange Program at Yale to twice a year in 2017.
