Oversee and ensure the delivery of a scalable, highly resilient and cost-effective Enterprise Voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure that allows the delivery of telephony and collaboration services
Oversee design and code router/switch configurations including but not limited to QoS, multicasting, ISDN, SIP and advanced voice gateway configurations
Maintain enterprise dial-plan, enhancements to dial-plan and document dial-plan changes
install and configure, upgrade of Cisco Unified Call Manager (CCM) 10.X/ 11.X, Unity Connection 10.X/11.X, Cisco presence for a distributed cluster IP telephony deployment
Perform the integration of Voice servers with Active Directory and Exchange for unified messaging; perform SRST implementation on various platforms
Develop “best practice” DR designs, standards compliance and change management for deployment tasks
Knowledge transfer and documentation of design and deployments
Bulk provisioning of phones, voicemails and users to support new site deployments
Validate and review user data and QA of new VoIP deployments for accuracy
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

At least 12 years of experience working with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Connection, and other Cisco Voice applications
At least 5 years of network engineering experience, as it relates to including QoS, Multicasting, DHCP
Knowledge with VMware 6.0 for configure virtual machines for new VoIP cluster buildsAdvanced installation/troubleshooting experience of Cisco hardware/IOS software, including ISR 43XX/44XX/ VG310/VG202/VG204
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Cisco HCS CUCDM 10.6/11.5 or VoSS 17.x/18.x experience is a plusVoice deployments
Experience with Oracle/ACME SBCs are highly desirable
Experience with Telepresence products including TMS, Expressways, MCUs is a plus
Experience with Contact Center Express
Experience with Calabrio Call AQM is a plus
Experience with Singlewide informacast
