As such, CareerNation is looking to hire an exceptional forward-minded individual to manage events & day-to-day operations of the office. Ideally, we would love to find someone with a good eye for potential clients, and the ability to move fluidly between collaborative and independent projects, who will bring their enthusiastic, yet meticulous approach to engage a wide range of tasks from sales and marketing, to office management and client relationships. Above all else, strict attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks are required.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responding to clients inquiries
  • Developing & maintaining client relationships
  • Assisting to respond to Request For Proposal (RFP)
  • Managing Office Administering
  • Assisting with execution of marketing plan
  • Maintaining social media accounts and website content

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales Presentation skills a plus
  • Background or interest in human resources management
  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly
    • eMail Marketing or Internet Researching experience is a plus
