Our Client, a leading insurance agency is looking to hire a bilingual Customer Service Manager
The position requires a highly motivated person with the ability to create and maintain a very engaged positive work environment and a passion for providing customer service experience.
Candidates must have a previous leadership experience, a proven track record of success in driving consistent results and desire to lead

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate leadership, skills, sales ability, excellent verbal and written communication, and organizational and time management skills in addition to being able to cite successful experience coaching and developing others.
Must be fluent and have a strong command of both Spanish and English.
