Assist President/CEO
• Proposal/contract/new biz/research/.ppt preparation
• ID and vet RFP’s
• Marketing Kit maintenance
• Portfolio maintenance – case studies/work samples by industry
• Business Development list management

Office
• Offers a friendly and helpful welcome to all guests
• Answer phones
• Maintain supplies
• Interface with vendors
• Maintain an orderly, neat and clean lobby, kitchen and common office spaces
• Maintain file structure integrity (paper/electronic)
• Manage/plan/execute birthday gifts, holiday gifts, special occasions, lunches, etc.
• Staff Meeting preparations
• Manage/maintain utility needs/issues
• Maintain dues/subscriptions/memberships/domains/internal access guide

Technology
• Log current technology
• Audit tech needs
• Research hardware/software to improve efficiency/productivity
• Research & Manage vendors – be the liaison with the IT Company/Box/Etc. to troubleshoot employee tech issues/needs

Marketing/Account Support
• Create Email lists – client, prospect, partners
• Research media list/updating
• Clipping & scanning
• Proofread/edit copy
• Miscellaneous research

As Needed
• Assist Director of Finance with regular filing/mailing/projects, etc.
