Binta, Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Trustees Limited has over 24 years work experience most of which was in banking. She holds a first Degree in English Language, a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy, an MBA in Management, is a HCIB of the Chartered Institute of Bankers as well as an Associate of the Women in Management, Business & Public Service (WIMBIZ). She is also a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers & Portfolio Managers (IAPM).
Binta was at various times, Head of Expert banking In Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc, Head of Private Banking in Stanbic Bank Nigeria, the Pioneer Head of Wealth Management in FBN Capital Limited, and Head of Treasury Marketing in then MBC International Bank Limited.
An Alumnus of some leading Business Schools including the Harvard Business School, INSEAD and Wharton, Binta is also an active member or in the leadership of different professional associations and community –oriented organizations which are passionate about the empowerment of women and the girl-child while she also sits on the board of some Non-Governmental organizations that in particular look out for the disadvantaged in society (Orphans and widows especially)

Dudu joined Scaw Metals in December 2012 as Executive Head of Public Affairs and Communications. Over a period of almost four years, she has been exposed to Scaw’s businesses locally and internationally. As a member of the Executive Committee (EXCO), she works closely with each EXCO member and is also tasked with all aspects related to predominantly external stakeholder management, network development with government, regulatory and non-statutory bodies. The role is externally focused with a strong internal networking and communications component as well as alignment with policy and regulatory matters.
Prior to this, she was employed at Adcock Ingram responsible for media, government and investor relations. She has also held senior roles with various reputable brands including The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) and GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) over a combined 13 year-tenure where she gained extensive experience and exposure to public affairs and government relations. One of her key achievements includes conducting an economic impact study for Coca-Cola SA in 2007/8.
Dudu holds a four-year degree in Communications & Psychology from Andrews University, Michigan, US and in 2013 completed the Management Advancement Programme (MAP) from Wits Business School (WBS). In March 2016, Dudu was appointed as a non-executive Director at Consolidated Wires Industries (CWI), a 50% joint venture between the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) and ArcelorMittal South Africa (AMSA), specialising in low carbon wire products.

Olukorede is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years’ experience. She has proven credentials in Balance Sheet management, Trading, Sales, Retail Banking and Wealth Management. She commenced her financial career at the then Pinacle Commercial Bank as Account Officer, Credit and Marketing from where she rose to hold various senior management positions in various banks such as Senior Manager, Foreign and Domestic Treasury at the United Bank for Africa, Country Treasurer Ecobank Nigeria Limited, Country Head, Personal Banking Ecobank Nigeria Limited and Group Manager, Assets and Liabilities at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated (ETI) ,a holding company with presence in 36 African countries, Dubai, London and Paris.
In this role, she was responsible for managing consolidated balance sheet of $20bln across 32 countries. This ensured better management of idle balances across the group and grew revenues by an additional 20%. She possesses extensive Treasury experience in the African financial markets and has had active responsibilities for relationship management across all investment types. She is skilled at relationship management that builds a strong client base and drives revenue growth.
Korede holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degree in Economics from the University of Benin and University of Lagos respectively. She has a Treasury Dealership certificate issued by the Financial Market Dealers Association of Nigeria and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School in Nigeria and Harvard Business School, Boston, USA. Sibonile is the Corporate Affairs Director (Southern & Central Africa) for Unilever. She has over 15 years’ experience working in Corporate Communications, Employee Engagement, Media Relations, Government Relations and Sustainability. She has held various positions within multinational companies in diverse industries amongst them Ford Motor Company and Nokia.
Her knowledge of the African markets was gained during her tenure at Blue Financial Services where she was in charge of the Public Relations and Communications portfolio of 14 countries for the Micro-Finance Institution.
At Unilever, Sibonile is responsible for leading the company in the delivery of an effective Communications strategy in South Africa and the Southern African region countries of Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Previous to Unilever, Sibonile worked for a German specialty chemicals company, LANXESS AG, where she was Head of Corporate Communications for South Africa. She is married with three children.

Sharleene is a wholehearted, empathetic and present leader, who engages others in transformation and change, for a more inclusive society and economy. In her current role she is the assurance and improvement lead for strategic change at UK Export Finance, based in Whitehall and part of the Treasury family. She is also part of the division’sleadership team.
Sharleene has workedin the public sector for 20 years, assignments have covered the United Kingdom local, regional and national levels. In previous roles she led high profile policies and projects that enable better outcomes for the public.Her work with communities has won a number of awards. Sharleene has led quality assurance work for Chief Executives on early adopter programmes, public services spinning out to be businesses and organizational improvement plans. She also spent time helping politicians think strategically about change. Additionally, Sharleene has represented organizations with national and international executive audiences interested in innovative approaches in public policy. She also worked at the
Royal Bank of Scotland which, provided early experience of change management in a commercial environment.

Njeri is best known as the pioneering co founder of East Africa’s first mass market oriented ISP, Wananchi Online (a Swahili word meaning ‘citizen’) in 2000, which made Internet connectivity affordable for the first time to the average Kenyan household. She grew the business from a typical start-up to become the largest Triple Play Operator in East Africa, with a network of five regional offices and a strong recognized brand in a particularly challenging regulatory and economic environment.
Following the success of Wananchi Online, Njeri founded Ignite Consulting & Investment Limited in 2006, an executive coaching and skills training business specialising in improving organisational effectiveness. Ignite also has a subsidiary focused on hyper spectral imaging natural resources in Kenya. In 2008 she was asked to oversee the restructuring of Telkom Kenya, a previously state owned corporation soon after the merger with France Telecom, and was instrumental in the retail brand launch of the Orange brand into the country and the iPhone 3G was her super product launch. Njeri then created the third Kenyan business in her portfolio the following year, a software development company that specialises in cloud solutions to help businesses harness the power of online technology, Insite Ltd.
Njeri is also a seasoned corporate director and has held board positions with Unilever Tea (Brook Bond Kenya), Institute of Directors (IOD) Kenya, Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), East African Tea Trade Association (EATTA), Ambulance Air Rescue (AAR) Holdings, Wananchi Nominee Holdings and Wananchi Online Ltd now Wananchi Group. She is a certified corporate board director who’s passionate about corporate governance and believes in creating value beyond profits.
